By using 4PDFs, you agree to the terms below. Plain English version: be reasonable, don't break the law, and we'll take care of you.

The service

4PDFs provides PDF tools through a web browser. Free tools run on your device. Day Pass tools run on our servers for the duration of your 24-hour pass.

Acceptable use

You may not use 4PDFs to:

• Process documents you don't have legal rights to
• Bypass copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property protections
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack our infrastructure
• Use the service for illegal purposes under U.S. or applicable local law

Day Pass

The $29 Day Pass grants 24 hours of access to all premium tools beginning at the time of purchase. Access is tied to the email used at checkout. The Day Pass is non-transferable, does not auto-renew, and expires automatically.

Refunds

Day Pass purchases are refundable within 1 hour of purchase if no premium tools have been used. Email support@4pdfs.com with your order number. After 1 hour or first use, all sales are final.

No warranty

4PDFs is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make every effort to keep the service accurate and reliable, but we can't guarantee perfect results for every PDF. For mission-critical documents, verify outputs before use.

Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for a Day Pass ($29). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Tennessee state or federal courts.
